Market Close 28 Oct. 2019: Shares cautiously higher on Monday

Local shares have gotten off to a cautious start to the week with the ASX 200 edging higher by 1.5 points to 6740 ahead of a big week on the economic calendar. Resources and industrials helped lift the market most while the main weights came from financials, tech and consumer staples.
