Can You Choose Specific Sitelinks in Google SERPs?

A question I've heard a lot, "Can you make Google show specific pages in sitelinks (if you have sitelinks for a given search query)?" The old version of Google Search Console would let you exclude certain sitelinks, the new version does not have that feature. It appears that Google uses clues like whether the pages are relevant to the search query to automatically generate sitelinks. They also may use anchor text from internal links as part of this calculation.
