Recently there has been a lot of talk about the CIA whistleblower complaint against Donald Trump. John Kiriakou who is a former CIA whistleblower, stated on Tucker Carlson on his 30th September 2019 show, that he believed there was evidence that the whistleblower complaint against Donald Trump was constructed by groups of people at the CIA, citing the finally tuned legal language and how it must have gone up the chain of command before it was released.
