I show how to build a floating bookshelf with only a few tools and some 1”x1/8” steel stock. The bracket is designed to hold a large book while being completely concealed by the book’s cover. The large book acts as the shelf to hold many other books. The effect is the illusion of an invisible or floating bookshelf.
