Feedforward. A fast and simple way to get effective improvements. Try it today! As we scale our teams and organisations, we need to be improving our own skills. That can be tough and frequently we find ourselves asking for feedback to help us. Feedback is a well-known concept and there are healthy practices for sharing and receiving it. However, we can't escape the fact that it relates to events that have happened and that we can't change.

We, therefore, can often risk digging up the past or spending too long on poor performance or mistakes. Also, feedback nearly always tends to be about something that went wrong! Rarely does it focus on something more positive!

A feedfoward exercise is quick to execute and is a great way to get input on areas you'd like to improve. It's future paced and doesn't have the risk of dwelling too much on past behaviour.
