OBERLANDER
This is about the underlying motion. Mr. Fox, in thinking about forming a committee to investigate concerns [“Excuse me,” and “Madam Chair” is heard] and your germaneness. Are there any limitations? [“Madam Chair, there is a motion on the floor.” is heard] So running a traffic light as [“Point of order” is heard.] would that talk to qualification, breaking the law, [“There’s a motion on the floor…” is heard] drinking too much, behavior on becoming a board member? [“There’s a motion on the floor about dates. You’re not speaking about dates.” Is heard]
OBERLANDER

Uhhh…That your recommendation would be to limit it only to the current SEEC.
FOX
My recommendation and I believe the wording of the resolution is limited specifically to what the SEEC did or didn't do. It doesn't go beyond, it doesn't go to traffic violations or other issues. It goes to what's in the resolution.
OBERLANDER
So it could go to SEEC opinions.
OBERLANDER
It could. It could be reviewed. Yes
OBERLANDER
