If you've ever used VLOOKUP, you're probably familiar with the approximate match argument. It just means that the lookup function will not look for an exact match but something close to it. If you've got a small static lookup table and do the same lookup on a recurring basis, consider using the conditions feature in Power Query. This video will show you how.
