US Mail Use U.S. Mail as service for unregistered File & ServeXpress service recipients:

- If the designated recipient(s) does not have an account with File & ServeXpress, you may serve the individual via our U.S. Mail method of service.

- The documents will be delivered via 1st Class mail.

- For example, Pro Se parties may not have an account with File & ServeXpress and can be served via U.S. Mail as an alternative method of service.

- Verify or enter an address for the U.S. Mail recipient.

- You may opt to share this address with other filers, or you can mark it as private.

- Your U.S. Mail recipient(s) will be reflected on your filing details – before and after filing submission.

- Once service has been delivered to the recipient via U.S. Mail, the delivery status on the filing details will read as “Delivered”.
