If all you want is the crash, head on up to the 12 min mark. Ha Ha Ha Ha
Top Of The World Trail is set in the Peak Zone of Whistler Bike Park high up in the alpine. The trail itself starts at an elevation of 7000 ft and descends 2500 ft over 3 miles. The trail itself isn't that demanding technically, its just so long and hard work on the arms and legs.
The climate this high up is very different to the bottom of the hill. When we set off on the morning it was 20 degrees and beautiful sunshine, at the top of the mountain it was freezing cold, windy and snowing!! So take water proofs and thermal gloves. I couldn't feel my fingers most of the way down because it was so cold.
Whistler Mountain Bike Park only allows 100 riders a day down this trail, so if you want to do it my advice would be to do it as soon as the park opens. It's defiantly one of the bucket list rides.
