Today starts my 30-Day fitness journey to show you that all you have to do is get up and start training to make a difference in your life and reach the goals you set for yourself! I've been out of Active Duty Military Service for almost a month now and I had been putting off this series for a while because I didn't think I was ready, but I've come to learn you aren't always going to be ready in life so you just have to attack the situation head on!
