BREAKING NEWS: Leak documents show Attorney General advised PM that suspension was 'lawful'

Sky News has seen documents which suggest Attorney General Geoffrey Cox advised the Government proroguing Parliament was legal.

The UK's highest court, the Supreme Court, has ruled the advice given to the Queen by Prime Minister Boris Johnson to suspend Parliament was "unlawful, void and of no effect".
