Why Mentoring is such a big key to success

Why do most of the highest respected (and compensated) executives and business leaders participate in mentoring programs, or choose a nascent leader to mentor....

Early in my career, I was always told by successful people to be plugged into 1-2 mentors at any time, and to pass it along to deserving others as well.

Although some people will try and waste your time, there will be some people that it is a pleasure to mentor. And most importantly, a big key is success is something Robert Sebestyen reminded me of a couple of weeks ago.
