No one likes to feel stiff & sore after their workout. We've made it through this entire summer almost and the last thing we want is to not be able to enjoy all the fruits of our labor. Cue the foam roller please!
We are going to start with just opening up our spine while lying down with our back across the foam roller, followed by engaging our core a little and just gently rolling back and forth across the roller itself. Be sure to check all the variants, and don't just get your back in one straight line. Make sure you are able to get on your sides as well so you don't miss a spot.
I have some fun little cat stretches to really open up your lats and getting you to feel long and loose by the end.
