We experienced some unexpected expenses that hit our full time rv budget pretty heavily, so we want to share some tips on how much you might want to put away in your emergency fund.
Some financial planners recommend a minimum of 3-6 months of monthly expenses as an emergency fund while other recommend a minimum of 12 months. We decided that 12 months was realistic for us.
Whatever the amount, setting something aside is better than nothing and it's never too late to start.
