Hey, This is my 47th track, think there's been improvements in vocal mixing and various other elements. This track came after a track that I basically fully wrote and ended up putting to the side for various reasons.
Had fun making this track as I actually recorded my own sounds to be implemented in it! In this case, I recorded myself shaking, scraping and brushing a match box, I also recorded myself tapping my table and I think I got some really nice sounds from it.
I was playing around with after effects because I wanted to make a new background for my spotify and I noticed how easily I could change the animations and text, so I sat down for 4-6 hours and made a full video for the song for the sake of it and now I've got an updated logo and banner aswell!
I've been working hard on a new track since 27th July after putting another basically complete song to the side... the upside of it is that there's a HUGE jump in quality as I bought Native Instrument's Komplete 12 library which is amazing and has so many cool new sounds and instruments to play around with at a much higher sound quality than I've been working with. I also remembered from the start of the project to disable the limiter on the master channel which has always been a problem in my tracks by chopping off finer details of the final mix, I had no real work around for it as it caused less problems to roll with it than to start fresh or re-mix the track without a limiter.
