I like to use the Neuro Growth Stack Protocol when I microdose 5 days on and 2 days off. I have done experiments alternating days as well.
I did science research on the Paul Stamets stack but I did not like how I reacted to the Niacin B3 Flush and I get enough B3 in my diet anyway so I replaced it with Mucuna.
Mucuna Pruriens is known as the feel good bean. The mushrooms mimic serotonin in the brain so why not have a precursor to dopamine in there as well. There are a tons of other amazing benefits that come from consuming mucuna extract as well.
