One Fine Friday || Rehan coming back after a week | Simple Lunch Menu & Chef's Dinner Vlogs are highly requested by my viewers. Today’s vlog includes some special moments in my life.

Rehan, my elder son is in the school’s Badminton Team. They had clusters meet (Tournament of school teams from different parts of KSA). And they were runner’s up. So they are qualified for the national level which will be conducted in India after a few months.

For lunch I had one guest. Infact I wouldn’t call him our guest. He is like a family for us. We take hime along with us wherever we go, specially while having food. He is someone who loves to eat Kerala traditional food. So whenever am preparing such, he is definitely at home.

Dinner was special, I didn’t have to cook. We were lucky enough to have Chef’s special Mutton Mandhi, Jereesh and Margoog. All these are traditional arabic dishes. The chef, Mashood bhai, is the executive chef at one of the palaces here in riyadh. So you could imagine how tasty the food is.
I shall definitely ask few recipes from him and recreate soon on this channel.

PINEAPPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE PUDDING
Whipping cream - 200 ml
Whipping powder - 3 sachet (36g each )
Condensed milk - 1 tin ( 395g)
Fresh cream - 1 cup ( optional )
Pineapple chunks - 2 cups
Pineapple syrup - 1/2 cup or more
Maries biscuits - optional
Chocolate cake - any readymade

Chicken pieces - 1 kg
Whole black peppercorns - 2 tbsp soaked in 1/4 cup hot water
Garlic- 1 whole
Ginger
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 3/4 - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - of 1 lemon
Coconut oil- 3 tbsp or more
Onion- 1 sliced
Curry leaves
Salt

Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Any store bought fruit juice ( preferably mixed ) - 1 qtr
7-up - 1/2 qtr
Plain soda - 1 can or 1.5 cup. (Optional )
