A Hong Kong bakery is winning over the city’s protest crowd after it started making mooncakes and cookies inscribed with slogans used by anti-extradition bill demonstrators.

The pro-protest baked goods offered by Wah Yee Tang Bakery are decorated with phrases such as “no withdrawal, no dispersal”, “be water”, “press freedom” and even one Cantonese expletive that police shouted at reporters during clashes.

The owner of Sheung Wan bakery said proceeds from the timely treats will be donated to a fund for people injured during the recent demonstrations.
