Basmati rice-3 cups Ghee Oil Cinnamon-small stick Cardamom-3 or 4 Cloves-5 or 6 Onion-1 small Ginger garlic crushed-1 tspn Green chilli-2 Tomato-2 or 3 Potato-1 or 2 Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn Water-3 & 1/2 cups salt
