How I Whitened My Teeth with Crest 3D White Strips

- It didn't hurt while I was using it. I would only leave it on for 30 minutes.
- I used this at night before brushing my teeth.
- I would wake up in the morning with no sensitivity at all.
- The only con is that I could not stop drooling while it was on my mouth. What I did to solve this issue was lay down to hold my saliva or for the most part I just spit it out. I don't recommend swallowing because the product doesn't taste good trust me I tried lol.
