HOME WORKOUT ⚡️ ❤️
Bodyweight workouts have and always have been my favorite style of workout. I remember when I first started as a trainer doing a TABATA workout and thinking how damn good it felt!
I think I just love the feeling of connecting with your body without all the other bells and whistles!

PS side note, I’ve been working so much lately on more positivity reinforcing my mindset about body fat % and embracing the hell out of it... When you make that effort every day to fight back, it seriously begins to work!

⚡️Hover Heel Clicks
⚡️wise squat + narrow squat
⚡️ Mountain climbers
⚡️ 4 x split lunges + walkout
⚡️ Knee squeeze + toe reach
